RETURN CONDITIONS

Not quite satisfied with your order? No problem! You can return your order under certain conditions. Check whether your order qualifies for a return:

  • Returning is possible within 10 days after receiving your package.
  • The articles should be unused and undamaged. All original labels should still be attached.
  • All furniture made at your specific request and needs are non-refundable.

Products with stains will NOT be accepted. Did you find a stain on your article at receiving your order? Let us know as soon as possible.

RETURN POLICY

  1. Send us an email within 10 days after receiving your package - ellen.distave@shoplily.be - including your order number, name and the reason for your return.
  2. Returning your package is at your own costs, unless the return concerns an incorrect delivery. Return your package - after approval by us - to this address:

  1. Refunds will be made - depending on the form of the original payment – by credit card or by Mollie, within 14 days after receiving your package.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to inform www.homebylily.be of the withdrawal of their order, without payment of a fine and without mentioning a motif within 10 days after the delivery of the order.
